The comment input form at the bottom of the page supports HTML formatting. If you're not familiar with how HTML works, not to worry. If you want to use any of the usual kinds of text formatting, all you have to do is highlight the text you're formattingand then hit one of the standard formatting buttons that are just above the message entry field: "b" for bold, "i" for italics, "u" for underline", and "s" for strikethrough. The "Link" button formats a link to a URL you specify.

One caution: HTML takes a very proprietary view towards the "less than" (<) and "greater than" (>) symbols. Using either one in a message for something other than HTML purposes will cause HTML to retaliate by doing unpredictable and bothersome things to your message. If your message requires either of those symbols, clicking the correspondingformatting button will insert the appropriate HTML code into your message.
